I take my hat off to website designers and developers. This is the 3rd website I have created over the past few years, and even though technology may have improved, I still find it a stressful experience.
But on a more positive note it is a learning curve.
Welcome to Bernice Cooke Artist - showcasing my original fine art prints. I have been building a portfolio for over eleven years. My mediums may have changed, pencil, graphite, charcoal, acrylic, oil and now pen and watercolor. I am passionate about watercolor ever since my Leaving Cert project for Art way back in 1997.
I am a self taught Artist, I have been lucky over the past few years to have taken part in one or two art classes to get my creative juices flowing. I chickened out of going to Art College never believing I was good enough. I am happy now to create at my own pace and do what makes me happy.
Buildings - the older the better, there is history absorbed in those walls. I love looking at old images of houses and buildings that are no longer with us. Exploring what is on my doorstep and further afield.
