Commission a building Portrait

Have you ever wanted to capture the love of a cherished family home or a building that you hold fond memories of?

Commissioning a house or building portrait is a personalised way to remember a place you love.

• By using pen and watercolour I recreate these beautiful buildings in my particular style.
• Please email me a clear photograph to bernice@bernicecookeartist.com
• Turnaround time for each commission is a week.
• If it is for a special occasion please do let me know, as the deadline is important.
• A non - refundable down payment of 50% of the price is required before work begins, the remainder to be paid on completion of the painting, once you are satisfied.
• Payment is via PayPal or by bank transfer, instalment payments can also be arranged as Art is an investment.
• All sizes are catered for.
• Guide Pricing - A4 - €180. A3 €216.  A2 €300.  A1 €600.
• The painting will be mounted but not framed.
• Free Postage in Ireland.
