Gloster House County Offaly - Original Pen and Ink Painting

The Central part of the property is a late 17th Century house, with a superimposed order of Pilasters on the garden front and two extensions added with windows and pedimonted niches.  Recorded as possibly designed by Sir Edward Lovett Pearce around 1730, he may have also been responsible for the design of the stuccoed central saloon arcaded gallery and flanking corridors.

The ancestral home of the Lloyds the first reference being made to this property when Trevor Lloydd married the heiress Margaret Rose Medhop in 1639.  The Medhop family had originally been granted lands at Gloster under Royal Patent by King Charles the I.

Crafted with pigment ink fine liner pens and a blend of watercolour pencils and paint, this original image is a testament to the artist's skill and dedication.
