Discover the serene and historic Kilbeggan Distillery, situated along the gentle River Brosna in Kilbeggan, County Westmeath. A jewel in the crown of Irish whiskey craftsmanship, this distillery has a storied past, initially known as Brusna Distillery and later Locke's Distillery.

Today, it is a proud member of the Beam Suntory family. With a legacy stretching back to 1757, Kilbeggan is celebrated for its traditional small pot stills, and a replica of its original distilling license is a proud fixture on the premises.

Kilbeggan, like many historic Irish distilleries, weathered economic challenges in the early 20th century, resulting in a hiatus in 1957. However, the distillery's spirit endured, maintaining its license over the years. In 2007, Kilbeggan triumphantly resumed whiskey production following an extensive renovation.

Kilbeggan Distillery's exquisite whiskeys have captivated many, including prominent figures like Britain's Sir Winston Churchill and the renowned Irish playwright Myles na gCopaleen. Embrace the opportunity to join this esteemed lineage of whiskey enthusiasts and immerse yourself in the enduring allure of Kilbeggan's distinguished spirits.
