A favorite place for quiet reflection and worship for students and staff of UCC in Cork City.

This beautiful building was erected and completed when Ireland was addressing the War of Independence.  Indeed when we got our Independence the decoration of the exterior and interior was a nice way for the Irish to put a stamp on our Artistic abilities.  Kind of like "look what we can do on our own".  It was opened for worship in 1916.
